Iskra Dilkić
Iskra Dilkić (2006) is a 3rd year student at the “Josip Slavenski” music high school in Belgrade in the Early Music, Harpsichord (class of Prof. Jovana Topalov), Piano (class of Prof. Maja Vuković) and Music Theory departments, as well as 1st class of elementary music school in the solo singing department (prof. Maja Jović’s class).
She started playing the harpsichord at the age of 13 in the class of prof. Svetlana Stojanović Kutlača, with whom she played in concerts at the National Museum in Belgrade as part of the ensemble Parnas.
During her studies, she won several first prizes at piano competitions, and in 2021/22 the first prize at the national competition in the subject Musical Forms and two first prizes at the international competition in the subject Harmony and Musical Forms.
Besides music, Iskra likes theatre and movies. She acted and played in several plays in the Youth Theatre Dadov and the Children’s Theatre Duško Radović, and she also acted in several films by students of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. She is a member of the Young Theatre Experts group of the Belgrade National Theatre, as well as the younger group of contemporary circus performers Cirkusfera.
In addition, Iskra hikes, runs, reads and takes photos. A one-manual harpsichord in the colour of the sea that she loves was made for her in 2021 by builders Zlatko Pavlinić and Mihovil Depolo from Croatia.
