Antigoni Tsalla
Antigoni Tsalla graduated in 2002 with Harmony and Modern Flute degrees at the Athens conservatory and obtained her Musicology Diploma from the Ionian University in Corfu, Greece. The same year she started studying renaissance, baroque and classic-romantic traverso at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague under the guidance of W. Hazelzet and also followed lessons by B. Kuijken, K. Clark and T. Koopman. In 2008 she obtained the Masters degree. She has been awarded a scholarship for her studies by the Onassis foundation. She has performed solo and with ensembles and orchestras such as the “Musica poetica”, “De Swaen”, the “Bach Orchestra of the Netherlands”, the “Rotterdams Barokensemble”, “Il Concerto Barocco” and “Contrasto Armonico” in the Netherlands, France, Austria, Belgium and German. She has also participated in recordings for Brilliant Classics and MDG.
